The short version
We don't sell your data, run advertising trackers, require an account, or process payments on this site. We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic (see below) — no separate tracking or advertising cookies beyond that. The contact form opens your own email app rather than sending data to our server. The only things we hold about you are what you send us directly — by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry form — so we can respond.
Information you send us directly
When you call, WhatsApp, email us, or fill in the enquiry form on the Contact page, you're sharing information such as your name, phone number, and the details of your enquiry (e.g. compressor brand/model, the fault you're describing, or what you'd like a quote for). We use this only to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry out the sales, repair, AMC or spare-parts service you've asked about. We don't sell or rent this information to third parties.
The Contact page's enquiry form works by opening your device's own email app with the details pre-filled — it does not submit your details to our server or any third-party form-processing service. What happens to that message once you send it is the same as any other email you send us directly.
The on-site chat assistant ("Ask MD")
The chat widget on this site runs entirely in your browser. The options you tap and the conversation progress are stored in your browser's session storage — a temporary storage area tied to that one browser tab, automatically cleared when you close it. This information is never sent to us or to any server; it exists only so the widget can remember where you left off if you navigate to another page. If a conversation ends with you tapping "Continue on WhatsApp," the message you send from there is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or selling data. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall traffic — which pages get visited, and whether visitors tend to call, WhatsApp, or email us — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects technical data such as your approximate location (from your IP address), device/browser type, and pages viewed, and logs when you click a call/WhatsApp/email link (without recording what you actually said). This is aggregate usage data, handled underGoogle's own privacy policy, and is not used to build advertising profiles or sold to third parties.
Two other third-party services embedded on some pages may also set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies, independent of us:
- Google Fonts — used to load the site's typefaces (Inter, Space Grotesk).
- Google Maps — embedded on the Contact page to show our location.
If you'd prefer not to load these, you can use browser extensions that block third-party embeds and analytics scripts, though this may affect how the map or fonts display.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We don't use your data for advertising or profiling.
- We don't require you to create an account or log in to use this site.
- We don't process payments or store payment details on this website.
How long we keep information
Enquiries sent by email, WhatsApp, or phone are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to service your compressor and honour any AMC or warranty period. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we'll act on that request, save where we're required to keep records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time — for example, if we add a new tool to the site. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
