When you need dry air, not just compressed air
Every compressor draws in humid ambient air, and compressing it concentrates the moisture. Left untreated, that moisture reaches your tools, paint gun, pneumatic instrumentation or packaging line as condensation — causing rust in tools, blemished paint finishes, and false readings in instrumentation.
Refrigerated or desiccant?
- Refrigerated dryers cool the air to condense out moisture — the standard, cost-effective choice for general workshop and factory tool use.
- Desiccant dryers achieve a much lower dew point using an absorbent material — needed for paint booths, pharma-adjacent packaging, or pneumatic instrumentation that can't tolerate any moisture.
Line filters & moisture separators
Fitted after the receiver tank (and before a dryer, where one is used), line filters remove particulate and oil carryover, while moisture separators knock out bulk condensate before it reaches your tools. We size both to your compressor's free air delivery so pressure drop across the filter stays negligible.
