What a scheduled AMC visit covers
- Oil and oil filter change (screw and lubricated piston units)
- Intake air filter cleaning or replacement
- Drive belt tension, coupling and alignment check
- Condensate drain function check
- Safety/relief valve test and pressure switch cut-in/cut-out check
- On screw compressors: oil separator element condition and general air-end health check
- General leak check across fittings and the delivery line
- A written service report after every visit — useful for internal records and, for some factories, audit/ISO documentation
Two common AMC structures
We typically offer contracts in one of two shapes, and quote whichever fits your budget and risk tolerance:
- Labour-only AMC — covers scheduled visits and labour for both preventive service and breakdown calls during the contract period; parts and consumables (oil, filters, separator elements) are billed separately as used.
- Comprehensive AMC — bundles routine parts and consumables into the annual cost alongside visits and labour, so your maintenance spend is predictable for the year. This usually costs more upfront but removes surprise part bills.
There's no single fixed price we can quote without seeing the machine — capacity, brand, age/condition and running hours all affect it. Share these details and we'll give you a written quote for both structures so you can compare.
Why an AMC is worth it for a running factory
- Fewer surprise breakdowns — most failures we get called for trace back to a missed service interval.
- Priority response — AMC customers' breakdown calls jump the queue ahead of non-contract work.
- Running-hour based scheduling — visits are tied to actual usage, not a rough calendar guess, which matters if you run multiple shifts.
- A maintenance paper trail — useful if you need to show scheduled upkeep for internal audits, insurance, or a quality certification.
- Longer compressor life — consistent oil/filter changes and early fault-catching extend the air-end and motor life significantly versus reactive-only maintenance.
Getting an AMC quote
- Share your compressor's brand, model, HP/kW and approximate running hours per day (a nameplate photo is enough)
- We inspect the unit if it's not new, to flag any existing issues before the contract starts
- You get a written quote for both labour-only and comprehensive structures, with visit frequency
- Visits get scheduled and tracked against running hours for the contract period

AMC FAQs
How much does air compressor servicing cost in Chakan and Pune?
It depends on the compressor type (piston or screw), horsepower, running hours and how overdue the service is. A basic piston compressor service is inexpensive, while a screw compressor air-end overhaul costs more because of the parts and labour involved. We inspect the machine and its running-hour history first, then give you a written estimate before starting any paid work — there is no fixed one-size-fits-all price.
What is included in an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for an industrial air compressor?
A typical AMC covers a fixed number of scheduled preventive visits through the year (oil change, filter replacement, belt and coupling check, safety valve test, leak check, and general inspection), plus priority attention if the compressor breaks down between scheduled visits. Some contracts also bundle spare parts and labour into a single annual cost, while others charge for parts separately and only cover labour and visits. We size the contract to your compressor's capacity, brand and running hours — see our AMC page for the two common structures.
How often should an industrial air compressor be serviced?
As a general guide, oil and filter changes are due roughly every 1,000–2,000 running hours for both piston and screw compressors, though the exact interval depends on the manufacturer's manual, ambient dust levels and duty cycle. For a single-shift factory that works out to roughly every 3–4 months; for two- or three-shift operations it can be monthly. Waiting until the compressor "sounds fine" is the main reason units fail early — running-hour based scheduling, which we track under our AMC plans, is more reliable than a calendar guess.
Do you repair and service compressors of all brands, or only the ones you sell?
We repair, service and provide AMC support for piston and screw air compressors across brands and models, not only units we have supplied. Bring or send us the compressor's nameplate details (brand, model, HP/kW, serial number) over a WhatsApp photo and we can advise on parts availability and likely turnaround before you commit to a visit.
